Lifeshed Realtors Limited ("Lifeshed", "we", "us", "our") provides property management, estate agency and real estate consultancy services in Kenya. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website (lifeshedrealtors.co.ke), why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have over your information.

• Property and tenancy information — for landlords and tenants we work with directly, details relevant to managing a tenancy or listing (e.g. property address, unit details).
• Account information — for registered users, landlords and staff, login credentials and role information needed to operate the portal.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website.

We use the personal data we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and process booking or viewing requests for a property;
• Provide property management services to landlords and tenants we already work with;
• Maintain user accounts and manage access to the tenant/landlord/staff portal;

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share information where necessary — for example, with the relevant landlord when you inquire about their property, or with service providers (such as our hosting or email provider) who process data strictly on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected — typically for the duration of an active inquiry, booking, or tenancy, plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
